Day 01

Arrival – Seoul

Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to hotel

Day 02

Seoul – Taekwondo Program

After breakfast, visit Kukkiwon and tour of Taekwondo Memorial Hall

Kukkiwon, created in 1972, the Taekwondo academy, Kukkiwon, has committed Itself to revitalize and globalize Taekwondo as the leading martial art form. Kukkiwon established the Dan/Poom Promotion Test, which measures a trainee’s commitment In his and her own personal groth in Taekwondo. Exhibition Performance (Apr-Dec. Every Wed & Saturday 14:00-15:00)

This performance could cancel when it’s rainy, hot and cold.

Day 03

Taekwondo Program & Tour

Half Day Experience of Taekwondo Program as your Taekwondo Level

After lunch, visit Cheonggye Stream and the ancient royal residence Gyeongbok Palace and National Folk Museum of Korea.

Pass by Blue House - the Presidential Residence of South Korea. Experience the excitement of making authentic Korean dish, DIY Kimchi. Immerse yourself in the Korean traditional culture by trying on Korean traditional costume Hanbok for a picture, opportunity and sip a glass of milk with ginseng.

Day 04

Taekwondo Program & Tour

Half Day Experience of Taekwondo Program as your Taekwondo Level

After lunch, Visit the Ginseng Showroom and Amethyst Gem Factory to learn the 2,000 years history of ginseng plantation and the benefits of consuming it, and to learn the process of making the Amethyst gem. Stop at Myeongdong, center of Seoul and fashion trends starthere in Korea.

Continue to Dongdaemun Market at night, we will visit the Korean’s famous Four Season Spa-Jjimjilbang, where you see on the Korea’ TV shows that people enjoy their drink with egg, sometime just relax, and sleep there. To feel the vibe of the Korean nightlife.

Day 05

Seoul – Gyeongju (Temple Stay at the Golgulsa)

After breakfast, transfer to Gyeongju. It will takes 4hr via express way.

Upon arrival, tour of Cheomseongdae Astronomical Observatory, one of the earliest observatories in Asia built in 647 A.D. Next visit the Royal Tumuli Park, National Museum of Gyeongju

Forward to Golgulsa Temple, The Breath of Moving Zen, Experience of Temple Stay.

Golgulsa (Stone Buddha Temple) located 20km east of Gyeongju, treasures the oldest Historical Buddhist ruins in Mt.Hamwol and the only cave temple in Korea

Golgulsa as head quarter of Sunmudo Training Center offers an opportunity for the people to train And develop a healthy physical education program.

After dinner, attend night worship and Seonmudo Experience (19:30-20:30)

*Sunmudo (Zen Martial Art), a training method in the form of Buddhism, has been secretly handed down through the centuries by Buddhist families. ‘Sun’ is the way to attain an intuitive illumination of mind and spirit through meditation. ‘Mu’ means martial arts and ‘Do’ means way.
Those who practice Sumnudo say one can attain a higher state of mind through both movement of body and spiritual calm. Sunmudo is a way to attain enlightenment through harmonizing the body, mind and breath. By purifying and harmonizing the three parts of the karma (body, speech and thought) this training enables one to accomplish and enter into perfect spiritual concentration (Samadhi) and ultimately nirvana.

Day 06

Gyeongju – Seoul

Dawn Service at 04:00 am, and Sitting Meditation

Training IP-gwuan & Walking Meditation

Paru-gongyang – method of preparing a meal

08:30-09:30 Seonmudo Experience

Tea Ceremony, 108 Bows and Visiting other Buddhist sites

Leave the Golsulga Temple and forward to Bulguksa Temple along with Seokguram Grotto Both were added to UNESCO’s prestigious World Cultural Heritage list. This temple is a testimony To both the skills of Silla Kingdom architects and the depth of Buddhist faith. While most of the Wooden buildings have been rebuilt over the centuries, all the stone bridges, stairways and Pagodas are original.

Transfer back to Seoul

Day 07

After breakfast, free until transfer to Incheon Airport for departure
